Clarmi
B2B AI product concept for operational decision support and decision reuse.
Clarmi is an MVP-stage product concept that helps teams answer complex operational questions, apply internal rules to specific cases, and turn repeated decisions into reusable organizational knowledge.
Status: MVP in development
Type: B2B AI / SaaS
Role: Founder / Product Builder
Focus: Customer discovery, problem framing, AI workflow design, MVP development

Context
Why I started this project
In many organizations, internal rules, operational processes, and past decisions are scattered across documents, systems, people, and communication channels.
The problem is not always the absence of information. In many cases, the information exists, but teams struggle to apply it to specific cases, especially when the situation is ambiguous, exceptional, or cross-functional.
Customer Discovery
Interviews across real business functions
I interviewed professionals across consulting, FP&A, quality assurance, business planning, and product/service planning to understand where operational questions and internal rule-related decisions create friction.
Across different functions, a common pattern emerged: people often ask experienced colleagues or management teams because they cannot easily determine how rules apply to their specific situation.

Key Insight
The problem is not search, but application
Most tools help people find documents or generate answers. But the harder problem is applying rules to specific cases and deciding whether a past answer can be reused.
Clarmi focuses on the layer between internal knowledge and operational decisions: turning scattered rules, questions, and past judgments into reusable decision records.
Product Hypothesis
From questions to reusable decisions
Clarmi reads an operational question, summarizes the case, identifies missing information, retrieves relevant rules and past decisions, and drafts a grounded answer for human review.
Once approved, the answer is converted into a reusable Decision Object, so similar future cases can be handled faster and more consistently.

MVP Scope
What I am building now
The MVP focuses on a QMS / operational decision workflow, where QA or operations teams receive questions from other departments and need to answer them based on internal rules and past decisions.
Core functions include case intake, AI-assisted case analysis, rule retrieval, decision point generation, answer drafting, human review, Decision Object creation, and similar case reuse.
My Role & Current Status
Founder-led discovery and MVP development
I led the customer discovery, interview analysis, problem framing, product strategy, UX design, AI workflow design, demo scenario design, and MVP development.
The product is currently in MVP development. The next step is to run walkthroughs with target users, validate whether the workflow reduces answer drafting effort, and refine the initial wedge market and buyer hypothesis.
