Clarmi
B2B AI product concept for operational decision support and decision reuse
Clarmi is an MVP-stage B2B AI product concept that helps teams answer complex operational questions, apply internal rules to specific cases, and turn approved answers into reusable decision records.
Status: MVP in development
Type: B2B AI / SaaS / Operational Knowledge
Role: Founder / Product Builder
Focus: Customer discovery, problem framing, AI workflow design, MVP development
Early MVP Walkthrough
This demo shows a manufacturing QA scenario where Clarmi helps a QA manager turn an unclear field question into a reviewed answer, a reusable decision record, and rule improvement suggestions.

Why this project matters
Internal knowledge is not enough when teams still cannot make decisions
Complex organizations often already have rules, manuals, approval flows, and process documents. But in real work, people still get stuck when they need to apply those rules to a specific case.
The issue is not only where the information is stored. The harder problem is deciding what applies, what does not, who needs to approve, and whether a similar case has been handled before.
What I discovered
The same pattern appeared across different business functions
I interviewed professionals in consulting, FP&A, quality assurance, business planning, and product/service planning to understand how operational questions and internal rule-related decisions create friction.
Across different contexts, I found a repeated pattern: when rules are ambiguous, exceptional, or hard to apply, people ask experienced colleagues or management teams instead of relying only on documents. Those answers often remain in chats, emails, or individual memory, making them difficult to reuse later.

Key Insight
The problem is not search, but application
Many existing tools focus on helping teams find documents or generate answers. But the more valuable layer is helping people apply rules to specific cases and reuse past decisions with context.
Clarmi is based on the insight that organizations do not only need better knowledge search. They need a way to turn repeated operational questions and case-by-case judgments into reusable decision assets.
Product Hypothesis
From questions to reusable decisions
Clarmi helps teams analyze an operational question, identify the decision points, retrieve relevant rules and past decisions, and draft a grounded answer for human review.
Once reviewed and approved, the answer can be converted into a reusable Decision Object, including the case conditions, rationale, evidence, and reuse status. Similar future cases can then be handled faster and more consistently.

What I am building
An MVP around QMS and operational decision workflows
The initial MVP focuses on a QMS / operational decision workflow, where QA or operations teams receive questions from other departments and need to answer them based on internal rules and past decisions.
The MVP includes case intake, AI-assisted case analysis, rule retrieval, decision point generation, answer drafting, human review, Decision Object creation, and similar case reuse.
What this demonstrates
Customer discovery, B2B pain framing, and founder-led MVP execution
Clarmi demonstrates my ability to start from an ambiguous B2B problem, conduct customer discovery, identify repeated operational pain, frame a product hypothesis, and translate it into an MVP workflow.
It is evidence of problem discovery, product strategy, AI workflow design, UX thinking, and hands-on founder-led product development.
