Based on customer interviews, I’m building an MVP that helps teams answer complex operational questions and reuse past decisions.

AI-powered video briefing product launched as a rapid build-and-launch experiment.  

It turns news, documents, and business information into short video briefings using AI-generated scripts, narration, and video workflows.

AI Invoice Extraction

AI module for extracting structured information from invoices in B2B logistics SaaS.  

At an Italian startup, I led product discovery, requirements definition, UX design, and PoC work with executives, engineers, and customer-facing teams.

Role: AI product management, requirements definition, UX, PoC.

Manufacturing SaaS

0→1 SaaS project for manufacturing inspection workflows.  

I conducted on-site observations and interviews, then translated customer insights into user flows, Figma prototypes, and an MVP.
